What is SEWP VI?

The NASA Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement (SEWP) VI contract is a multi-award, Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) managed by the NASA Goddard Space Flight Center. SEWP VI provides all federal agencies with streamlined access to the full spectrum of Information Technology, Communications, and Audio-Visual (ITC/AV) solutions and services. 

SEWP VI is one of the federal government’s premier IT procurement vehicles. It is designed to minimize administrative burden, accelerate the acquisition timeline, and deliver best-value technology to every corner of the federal enterprise.

This contract is part of a multi-award Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC). All SEWP VI orders follow Fair Opportunity procedures in accordance with FAR Part 16.505(b). Contractors will be provided a fair opportunity at the individual order level as appropriate per FAR Part 16.505(b), including the SEWP RFQ tools. No documentation for the order selection is required to be submitted with the order. All such documentation is to be maintained by the issuing procurement office.

  2. Visit NASA SEWP — Access the SEWP Quote Request Tool (QRT) at https://www.sewp.nasa.gov.
  3. Submit a Request for Quote (RFQ) — Use the QRT to submit your RFQ. Select PST (Contract No. 80TECH26D1427) from the available contract holders.
  4. Receive PST’s Quote — PST will respond to your RFQ through the SEWP system with a detailed quote, including pricing, scope, and delivery timeline.
  5. Award & Order — Upon selection, the ordering Contracting Officer issues a delivery order through the SEWP PMO.

Post-Delivery Support & Warranty

PST provides comprehensive post-delivery support for all solutions and services delivered under the SEWP VI contract, including installation services, basic and extended warranties, technical support, software support, and resolution of post-delivery issues.

Key policies at a glance

Installation Services: PST offers professional installation services including site assessment, hardware/software deployment, system integration, and acceptance testing. Installation is available at Government facilities within CONUS; OCONUS is available by mutual agreement. Installation scope and scheduling are defined during the quote process. 

Basic Warranty:  All products delivered under the SEWP VI contract include the standard commercial manufacturer’s warranty at no additional cost. All items are warranted to be merchantable and fit for their intended purpose. 

Extended Warranty:  Extended warranty coverage may be purchased at any time during the standard warranty period. Extended warranty packages may be invoiced and paid at the start of the warranty period. Monthly maintenance may also be ordered at a discounted rate in lieu of a full extended warranty. 

Technical Support:  PST provides technical support for all delivered products and services, including configuration analysis, product compatibility guidance, and manufacturer escalation through our OEM partnerships. 

Software Support:  Software maintenance includes bug fixes, patches, updates, and access to self-service support resources. Custom software design, implementation, and integration are classified as service engagements and billed monthly. 

Returns & Post-Delivery Issues:  Items returned prior to Government acceptance are not subject to restocking fees. PST will notify the ordering agency and SEWP PMO within two business days of any delivery delays.
